Road Bond Committee Meeting November 17 2009 November 17 RELEASE DATE: 10/20/09 The Road Bond Committee, consisting of Board of Supervisors members Mark Dudenhefer, Garrisonville District; Harry E. Crisp, George Washington District; and Cord A. Sterling, Rock Hill District, will meet on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. The committee will hold a closed session, permitted under Section 2.2-3711 A.33 of the Code of Virginia, to discuss an unsolicited Public-Private Transportation Act proposal, including the confidential proprietary documents submitted as part of the proposal. The meeting will be held in the County Administrator’s conference room in the Administration Center, located at 1300 Courthouse Road. <back to October 2009 notice index
