• Be sure to register for STAFFORD ALERT at http://www.staffordalert.com to receive important announcements about the Dept. of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities.  Stafford Alert is used to send emergency alerts, notifications, and updates to Stafford citizens via cell phones, pagers, blackberries, and e-mail accounts.
• Earn some extra money by teaching recreational classes!  We contract with instructors to teach various activities for youth and adults.  Please call 658-5116 to obtain a proposal packet.  Come to Us for opportunities!
• Online registration for fall SWIM LESSONS begins Sat, 9/18 for session 1; fees are $45 for Stafford residents and $55 for non-Stafford residents (residents of Quantico are non-Stafford residents).  To register online for swim lessons, it is imperative that students pass the previous course level.  Reggie will not allow registration for swim lessons unless this requirement is met.
