Tickets

The majority of speeding, equipment and inspection tickets may be satisfied by paying a fine. There are some cases in which your appearance is required in court. Examples are accidents: reckless driving: driving under the influence; driving while license is revoked; hit and run and others. Specific information as to the amount of the fine and costs may be obtained by calling the Clerk of the General District Court at 540-658-8935. All cases are assessed a processing fee unless the charges are dismissed.
