SCORE Press Release

Stafford County, the Quantico Innovation Center (QuIC), and the Virginia Region of SCORE to Host a “Get to Know SCORE”

Looking for Expert Counselors to Mentor Local Entrepreneurs

Stafford County, the Quantico Innovation Center, and the Virginia Region of SCORE are holding an event for local entrepreneurs and business leaders who wish to give back to the community. On Wednesday, March 22, 2017, SCORE Virginia will hold an event for individuals looking to volunteer their talents in assisting businesses with their enterprise.

The SCORE Event will be held from 8:30 am to 10:00 am at the Quantico Innovation Center, 1000 Corporate Drive, Suite 119, Stafford, Virginia  22554. There is no registration requirement.

“Do you have a desire to assist with issues which new and growing small business owners face?” asks Joseph Brisby, SCORE District Director. This event will focus on SCORE’s approach to helping answer the questions business owners face daily.

The Event will introduce local individuals to SCORE, and how it works with local business owners. We encourage anyone who has past business ownership and/or corporate experience, wishing to learn more about joining SCORE, to attend this educational event.
